"My skin still feels rough"
I really wanted this to help with my skin texture, but i haven’t noticed any improvement. My skin still feels rough, and it’s kind of frustrating because I felt like my concerns were just ignored.

"Didn’t keep my skin hydrated"
so I ordered this from Fourth Ray Beauty because I was really hoping it would help with my dry skin, but it just didn’t do much for me. It felt nice when I first put it on, but about an hour later my face started feeling tight again.
Shipping was fine and everything arrived in good shape, so no issues there. I’m just kind of disappointed because I wanted something more moisturizing. It might be okay for oily or normal skin, but for my dry skin it wasn’t enough.

"Redness stuck around and messed up my plans"
I used this for about two weeks hoping it would calm my redness down, but it barely made a difference. I was counting on it helping before a weekend out, and instead I ended up feeling self-conscious the whole time. Frustrating

"Fresh overall, but I wanted clearer instructions"
My order arrived quickly, and the cleanser seemed fresh enough. One of the serums had a slightly older smell to me, though, so it wasn’t quite as fresh-feeling as I expected. It still worked fine, but I also wish the instructions were a bit clearer, especially for how to use everything together. I might give it another try, but I wasn’t totally wowed this time

"Not really worth the price for me"
To be fair, the products were nice enough, but they felt really tiny and didn’t last as long as I expected. For what I paid, I was hoping for a bit more.

"Decent ingredients, but I’m not totally sold"
The ingredients seem mostly fine, but I really wish they’d tone down the fragrance in some of the products. My skin didn’t react badly or anything, but it also didn’t feel as clean or fresh as I expected, especially for the price. I also found the ownership/brand info kind of unclear, which always makes me a little hesitant because I like knowing who’s actually behind what I’m putting on my skin.

"Maybe just not right for my oily skin"
I’m not totally sure if I used too much or if it’s just my skin type, but this made me look shiny quickly. It might work better for someone with drier skin, but for my oily skin it wasn’t the best fit.

"Delivery was “way” slower than expected"
The products were fine once they finally arrived, but the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking “barely” updated, and my order showed up much later than I expected. I ended up having to message support just to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them if I needed something quickly

"I might be being a little picky here..."
I might be being a little picky here, but the ingredients didn’t really seem as “clean” as I expected based on the marketing. Maybe others feel differently, but it just didn’t sit right with me. I don’t think I’d buy it again...

"I really wanted to like this and was..."
I really wanted to like this and was hoping it would give my skin a nice glow, but I didn’t notice any difference. If anything, my skin looked a little duller. The order also seemed like it was handled carelessly because the packaging was banged up when it arrived, which didn’t help my impression. I won’t be ordering it again.

"Not Exactly a Spa Moment"
I really wanted to like this, but the texture was just... weird. It felt super sticky and thick going on, which was definitely not the luxurious skincare experience I was hoping for. Nothing says “treat yourself” like feeling like you’ve spread glue on your face...

"Works okay under certain makeup..."
I tried a few skincare things from Fourth Ray and overall they felt nice... but I wouldn’t say everything played perfectly with my makeup. The moisturizer was totally fine on days I wasn’t wearing foundation, but once I put makeup over it, it started to pill a bit around my cheeks. Shipping was normal and everything arrived in good shape. Not bad at all... I think it just depends on what products you layer with it.

"The points system were a bit annoying"
I do like the products, but the loyalty program was kind of a headache. My points doesn’t show up right away, and trying to figure out how to redeem them was more confusing than it needed to be. Support did help in the end, but it took way too long. I’d probably just skip worrying about the points next time.

"I really wanted to like this, but..."
I really wanted to like this, but am I the only one whose skin got red and itchy quickly after using it? My face started feeling irritated almost right away, which isn’t something that usually happens to me. Maybe it’s just too strong for my skin. Shipping was totally fine, but unfortunately the products just didn’t work out for me...

"The item itself might have been fine..."
The item itself might have been fine, but the way it arrived was disappointing. The box was crushed and everything looked like it had been packed in a hurry. For what I paid, I expected a lot better care with the packaging.

"Didn’t Notice Much of a Difference"
I used a face oil and cleanser from Fourth Ray Beauty for a few weeks, they just didn’t do a whole lot for me. My skin felt a little softer right after I used them (which was nice), but I didn’t really see any noticeable improvement beyond that.
The products did smell good and they didn’t make me break out (always a plus), so I wouldn’t say they were terrible. I was just hoping for more of a visible change, and they ended up being kind of underwhelming.

"Site was a little confusing to use"
I had a bit of a hard time finding what I was looking for on the site, and checkout felt slower than it should’ve been. I also got a little confused because the email said one thing, but the site seemed to show something else, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on.
